The Nilkamal Sales team got an opportunity to work with one of the leading global companies in the field of outdoor power tools that include chainsaws, brush cutters, hedge trimmers, blowers, vacuum shredders, telescopic pruners, earth Augers, rescue saws, and cut–off saws. The client has manufacturing facilities in six countries, its own sales companies in 32 countries, and a worldwide network of 40,000 servicing dealers operating in more than 160 countries. Their products are widely used in India by various end-users related to Professional logging, Landscaping, Horticulture, Agriculture, Plantations, and government institutions like Railways, Disaster management, Emergency Services, Health Services, Municipal Corporations, Defence Establishments, etc. This was the first opportunity for us to work with the client on any selective racking requirement. We got to know that their total storage area was 4300 Sq. Metre where we needed to plot a selective pallet racking and MT-PSS. We had to work out drawing with as many storage pallets as possible. The client was looking for an innovative and perfect solution to improve the speed and efficiency of the warehouse. They were very particular about their requirement of the 4 Pallets per beam.

After carefully studying the customer’s requirements and the various pallet size storage options, we shared the inputs with our pre-sales and structural team to work out the concept. We connected with their team at the right time of the project stage. It helped us convey our concepts clearly to them. The name BITO helped us here immensely. As the client is a German company, they were more comfortable working with an Indo-German company. It built their confidence in us.
