Nilkamal Racking and Material Handling Solutions – Tyre Manufacturing Industry

The Nilkamal sales team had received an inquiry for Racking and material handling solutions from one of the leading tyre brands in India. Our team decided to pay a visit to the plant. During the visit, we did a walk-through of the plant and found there was a scope of varied ranges of equipment. Out of this, we realised that Reach Stacker was of the foremost importance. We suggested the reach stacker look at the requirement for their Closed Cage Pallet.
We also found that a large volume of closed pallets was handled by Forklift Trucks. They were taking up a lot of space. Hence our model that could handle multiple pallets seemed like a big advantage to the end-user.
Based on the same study, we met the Project team of the client at their Head Office in Chennai. We shared our product details and received an order of 14 units from the different branches of the client.
Our active involvement in their issue, our support, and prompt service made the client very happy. So much that now we are in discussion for CAMC for all units at their Head Office.
